We take a flexible, collaborative approach to investing and always seek to partner with business owners and management teams. We pursue only friendly transactions that have the support of all key stakeholders.

We require board representation proportionate to our ownership, and all of our portfolio companies feature substantial management incentive programs.

We make both control and non-control investments and seek opportunities that fit the following criteria:

• Ability to grow through acquisition
• Enthusiastic and committed management
• Multiple avenues for organic revenue growth
• Proven, profitable business model
